DJTUTT (David Pierce Tuttle) is a House Music DJ from Chicago who has been crafting his talent since 2007.  Owner and founder of Pierce Event Productions, Inc. started in 2012, and The Banana Camp Show in 2017. Tutt is continually striving for musical growth and success.  Tutt’s signature brand of House Music incorporates upbeat, shuffling percussions with deep and fat, funky bass lines, often paired with chopped up pop, disco, and hip-hop vocal samples.

Tutt’s love for music began with dance at a very early age, culminating with performances with both the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago. Following dance, Tutt began his musical rise, playing and teaching himself over ten instruments where he performed in numerous bands as well as performed as a live-looping solo artist for many years. In college he began dabbling in the art of turntablism and mixing records. He quickly rose around town as a definite party starter and began his DJ career spinning House Music at local bars, clubs, and underground parties concluding with a DJ residency at Gabe’s in Iowa City, Iowa.

Thriving amidst the underground, you can primarily find Tutt spinning at raves, loft parties, and secret soirees in and around Chicago. Beyond Chicago, Tutt has played shows in California, Virginia, Florida, Colorado, Iowa, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan. In 2012, Tutt even landed himself an iconic, international performance at Club Co2 in Cebu, Philippines on 4/20 and 4/21 only to return again to play at Reserve Liquor Lounge in Manila in 2015.

Following his international performances, Tutt returned to be a resident DJ at the late Grandbar Nightclub in Chicago. Finally, in 2017, Tutt launched The Banana Camp Show, a pop-up, HD, live-streamed video webcast party series that showcases local, underground dance music DJ's and culture. Since its inception, and still in its infancy, The Banana Camp Show has reached over 50,000 viewers across the globe and continues to grow in popularity with new episodes popping up a few times per month.
